1. Luchadogs Training, LLC will endeavor to create as safe an environment as possible for the training of my dog and will offer only sound, safe, and responsible training and training instructions. 2. I, (the client(s)), hereby release, waive, and forever discharge Luchadogs Training, LLC, and representatives from any and all claims, demands, or causes of action arising out of or related to training services. 3. I, (the client(s)), agrees to indemnify and hold harmless Luchadogs Training LLC, from any liability, loss, or expenses (including attorney’s fees) resulting from claims involving Client’s dog. 4. I, (the client(s)) understand that while Luchadogs Training LLC will make every reasonable effort to help my dog learn and adapt, behavior modification depends on many factors, including the dog’s temperament, history, and Client’s consistency. Trainer does not guarantee specific outcomes or results. 5. I, (the client(s)), understand the inherent risks of owning a dog, including but not limited to the risk of dog bites to myself or others, and consequently I am and will remain responsible for the actions of my dog at all times, and I hereby agree to indemnify and hold harmless Luchadogs Training, LLC of any and all claims of injury, expense, costs (including attorney's fees), or damages caused by my dog. 6. I, (the client(s)), acknowledges that despite reasonable precautions taken by Luchadogs Training LLC, their dog may be exposed to risks including, but not limited to, interactions with other animals, contact with third parties, environmental hazards (e.g., traffic, wildlife, weather, debris), or accidents beyond Trainer’s control. Client agrees that Trainer shall not be held liable for any injury, illness, loss, or damage to their dog resulting from such third-party actions or environmental factors.

Cancellations Policy: Sessions can be rescheduled or canceled with a minimum 48 hour notice. Sessions canceled or rescheduled after this period will only be refunded 50% of the original session price, and need to rebook/purchase a new session to reschedule. Refunds: For general refunds, you’re able to request a refund for unused services up to 30 days after they’ve been purchased. Any services purchased 30 or more days ago (if not yet scheduled) are not refundable.
